When using SnapBill.ch, the following data may be processed: name and address of the invoice issuer, name and address of the invoice recipient, IBAN or QR-IBAN data, invoice amounts and payment information, e-mail address, and technical usage data (IP address, browser type, device data). This data is used exclusively to provide and improve our services.
3. Purpose of data processing
Processing is carried out in particular for: creation of Swiss QR invoices, provision of PDF documents, management of user accounts and subscriptions, payment processing, technical operation and security of the platform, support and customer communication, and improvement of our services.
4. Data storage
Personal data is stored only as long as required for contract performance, for technical reasons or due to legal retention obligations. The user can request deletion of their data at any time, unless legal obligations stand against it.
5. Disclosure to third parties
Personal data is only disclosed when required to provide the service, for payment processing, for technical provision of the platform, or when there is a legal obligation. We do not sell personal data to third parties.
6. Payment providers
For paid services, payments may be processed via external providers such as Stripe, PayPal, TWINT or credit card providers. The privacy policies of the respective providers additionally apply to the processing of payment data.
